NOAH PLENER

Telling the story of a home and highlighting its unique value is where Noah truly excels. A deft marketer and engaging salesperson, Noah knows how to position a property for success. Noah works extensively throughout Manhattan and Brooklyn and has sold everything from co-ops to condos and townhouses. He has also led the sales and marketing for many successful new development projects. Noah aims to be a trusted advisor, providing the data and context to help his clients make the best possible real estate decisions for them.

A transplanted Canadian, Noah was an Upper West Sider for 10 years before moving to Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn with his wife and 3 daughters. Outside of real estate, he is an obsessive NBA fan, a comedy nerd, and a very busy father.

With her significant experience in new development, Tamara brings a unique perspective and skillset to the table. Her keen eye for design and photography ensures that properties are beautifully staged and marketed to achieve outstanding results.

Born and raised in Toronto, Tamara was always fascinated by the endless possibilities of real estate. Like so many New Yorkers, as her family grew they decided to put down roots in Brooklyn. Tamara now lives in Prospect Heights with her husband and four kids.
